Preventing a Fall

Tips:
- Remove throw rug, or tack them down
- Be cautious on wet leaves or ice
- Remove end tables from center of room or areas of traffic
- Ensure cane is in a safe place and not laying in a traffic area
- If you are on 4 or more medications, talk with your doctor
- Wear appropriate shoes, ensure laces are ties
